Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. All original tags and hygiene labels must remain attached. Please ensure the return is approved by our support team before sending it back. Once approved, the return must be shipped within 5 days. Returns sent after this period may be returned to you at your expense.

When will my refund be processed?

We aim to process your refund within 1 working day of receiving your returned parcel. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable as they cover the cost of shipping the item to you.

My item is damaged/faulty

We operate a strict quality control process at Costtura to ensure that each item is in pristine condition before sale. If however, there are any issues we apologize and will do everything we can to resolve the issue for you.
